Volunteer

Whether it’s a special skill or talent or simply the desire to help, Fayette Youth Protection Homes needs volunteers in the following areas:

Gracie’s Closet
Volunteers are needed to sort and hang clothing as well as assist foster parents and foster children when they “shop” in the store.
Fundraising
We need volunteers to organize and work various fundraisers throughout the year.
Office Support
In this capacity, volunteers would assist with data input and bulk mailings on an as-needed basis. We are also in need of someone with knowledge and experience in computer trouble-shooting
Yard Maintenance
Volunteers are needed to mow the grass, trim bushes, sweep walkways and perform general maintenance duties
Communications
We are always looking for volunteers with a knack for writing, public speaking and graphic design to assist with the newsletter, various publications, and our fundraising events
Home Repair/Maintenance
Volunteers are needed to perform general household “handyman” repairs, appliance repair, and/or heating & air conditioning maintenance
