Becky Davenport- Executive Director
In partnership with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides leadership in the implementation of Fayette Youth Protection Homes’ strategic and operational plan. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the organization’s consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. The Executive Director is responsible for community relations and for developing and implementing fund-raising efforts and events.
Sandra Johnson – Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator oversees the functioning of all aspects of the program including services provided to the children, staff supervision, budget oversight, volunteer relationships and maintenance of standards required by the state licensing agency, the Office of Regulatory Services, and the Department of Human Resources.
June Parker – Office Manager
The Office Manager manages the office and maintains client files in a confidential manner. She maintains DFCS billing, intake of gifts and in-kind donations, distribution of volunteer packets, maintenance of vehicles, and computer information data base.
Group Leaders
Live-in staff, known as Group Leaders, are responsible for the Friday-Home residents round-the-clock. Two group leader couples share live-in responsibilities on a rotating basis. Group Leaders receive training in CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention, child development courses, and courses in dealing with at-risk youth.
