<p>Fayette Youth Protection Homes recently received a $5,000 grant award from The Clothes Less Traveled Thrift Shop as well as a bonus check of $3,000 in honor of Heather Dognazzi and Chuck Powers.  Heather is a dedicated member of the Clothes Less Traveled Board of Directors, and Chuck is a volunteer recently recognized for his &#8220;Above and Beyond&#8221; service to the Clothes Less Traveled.  Both Heather and Chuck selected Fayette Youth Protection Homes as their preferred charity for 2011.</p>
<p>Fayette Youth Protection Homes will use the grant award to cover general operating expenses.</p>
<p>Established in  1997, <a href="http://clotheslesstraveled.org/">the Clothes Less Traveled Thrift Shop</a> is a non-profit organization located in Peachtree City that resells gently used clothing and household items and then disburses the profits, after expenses, to needy organizations in the community.</p>

<p>Pictured above is last year&#8217;s Power Parade winner, Bray,  a 1<sup>st</sup> grader at Kedron Elementary. Bray won the Grand Prize, a trip for 4 to Disney World and raised $530.00 for children who have been the victims of abuse, neglect or other tragic circumstances. He made the trip to Disney World a month ago with his dad, uncle, and cousin and had a great time!</p>
